From the twenties of the XXth century till the end of World
War II a marvellous cook Pelagia Gawrońska was a true ruler
in the castle's kitchen. It was her kitchen where all the fruit
and vegetables from the castle garden were delivered. Great
examples of game were provided by passionate hunters Ś four
sons of old count Döring.
These days culinary traditions of Pelagia are continued by
our chef. Game is still the main ingredient of the delicious
dishes cooked by our chef. Our guests are invited to take part
in an unforgettable journey through the land of flavours and
scents of the international, traditionally Polish and regional
cuisine. It starts with appetizing starters then leads through
the tasty soups and main courses to the excellent desserts.
Satiated and satisfied with our choice we reach the end of
our journey. Resting we can admire the magnificent ceiling
polychrome from the end of the XVIIth, which is a unique decoration
of the restaurant.
